Driver Side A/C Needs LOW setting to work

Genesis 4.6 2010 driver side A/C works only when temp set to LO. Changing driver side temp setting above LO causes blower to deliver ambient air to the driver side. Driver side blend door actuator works but only when temp set to LO. System recognizes extreme setting and modulates blower, etc. accordingly.

Passenger side A/C works OK on all temp settings. A/C full; just evacuated and recharged. Delivers air at 45 degrees F. Engine temp normal.

Suggestions? Faulty sensors? ECU? Other?

Faulty driver temperature actuator assembly 97159-3M000. Threw DTC B2406 because it was not moving the blend door to the correct position within a 40-second interval. Dealer repair; $400.

Thanks for following through on your original note. I had jammed some of the buttons on the control unit. They all seemed fine but nothing would work so ultimately I went to replace and just the unplugging of the original unit then reinstalling worked for me. But that was an issue of one of the buttons being jammed internally. Apparently releasing the pressure allowed it reset so when I reinstalled it worked like a charm. Sad as I drove around like that for over five months. All I needed to do was open up the dash and play around.
