Ditto. A fast "blink" usually indicates a burned out bulb.Check your turn signal bulbs
I wouldn't get teary over a dead bulb. The fast flasher has been the standard alert signal for burned out turn signal bulbs for many years. Too bad the auto makers haven't come up with alert signals for all other exterior light bulbs when they die.

ok so it turns out the passenger parking amber light strip in the housing was not working, I guess this is causing the passenger side blinker to blink fast.
what a crappy way to start a new car. looks like they will need to replace the front lamp passenger side assembl
not to mention my rear lamp covers have some very visible scuffs on both sides.
Could you tell us the exact model year and trim level, and also miles on the OD when you bought it?ok so it turns out the passenger parking amber light strip in the housing was not working, I guess this is causing the passenger side blinker to blink fast.
