Drivers Door Weatherstripping

Does anyone have a problem with the drivers door weatherstripping? Mine is torn at the back of the door, I assume from my backside hitting it getting in and out also at the to from my shoulder hitting it. Can I replace this stripping my self??

By looking at the picture, it should not be to hard to replace the door weatherstrip, the hard part is trying to locate the "checker mounting bolts".
