Drivers door wont lock!

When using the key fob to lock the doors, the car no longer makes the beeping sound, the turn signal lights don't blink, and all the doors lock except the drivers door. The sideview mirrors will fold in but no beep and no lock for the drivers door. When unlocking the car with the key fob everything is normal all the beeps and all the lights light up. Any help will be appreciated.

Does the door lock if you use the button inside or when you put it in gear if that is your setting? If it works otherwise, I have no idea. If it does not lock at all, I'd suspect the actuator in the door.

It wont lock if I use the button inside, but if I manually lock with my hand It will unlock using the button but a strange noise is coming from the door while it unlocks

I;d check the actuator first. It may be dead or sticking.

Yep, it's a bad lock solenoid/actuator. Had one fail on my '09 (rear pass) and replaced under warranty back then.

yes because computer detects the door isn't locking..

+1 exactly. Same thing happens if the trunk or hood is ajar. The anti-theft logic is telling you that it did not arm.
