Eco-coasting feature broken

Just had my G70 3.3T in for servicing and they updated the coasting software. Immediately I noticed that the car no longer coasts when I take the foot off the gas. In other words, I notice immediate and sustained deceleration as soon as I let of the gas as opposed to before where it would coast for a good minute losing maybe 5-10 km/h on a flat surface.

I asked them about it and they had no clue...

Is this an isolated incident, and if not, is there an official reason this feature was removed? Any patch notes I could look at?

I noticed that if the cruise control system is active but not engaged it will not coast.

They may have turned it off. Check the settings in your infotainment.

Hi. Was this ever resolved? Have a 2019 3.3TT AWD. Used to coast all of the time. Loved it. Not doing it anymore, and the box for coast mode is checked. Same driving habits.

Still on your original battery? Maybe you should have it tested to see if it has lost too much capacity.
