Ejecting SD Cards/ "Tinny" sound on phone calls

I have two questions:

1. How do you eject/Insert the SD card?

2. When I receive a phone call the quality of the sound is much worse than the audio. I certainly don't expect it to be as good as the radio, but in every other car I've owned it was never this bad. Any thoughts?

Push the card in and it should pop out slightly. Have not noticed phone audio quality being better or worse than other cars I’ve had.

Don't know where it is to "push it in."

It's located between the track and map button. Pull the cover off using the little notch above the silver portion.
