In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. Learned the other day that genesis connected services needs a technical update for my 2023 G90 S. Learned that when I went to find location on app and it could not connect. Dealer say very quick process. Also left car at detailer for 2 days. When I went to pick it up the door handles were out but the digital card and phone would not let me in. Had to jump start it. Don't know what was left on for how long (tech said not him) but to drain battery it must have been lights or radio or something when doing the interior.

This sounds like a dealer issue, not "electrical issues".
