Electrical problems with 2010 4.6 Sedan

I purchased a used 2010 Genesis V8 Sedan with 14,000 miles. Love the car, I have 2 Sonata's before this. For the fourth time in 3 months when I try to start the car, nothing happens. It seems when I get out of the car and try it again it starts, but the privacy shade goes up on it s own. Ive also experienced the problem that another Genny owner had, radio on but no sound from radio or XM but I can see the song that is playing. Is this a common problem? I love the car, but Im afraid it will leave my family stranded. The dealer is towing it in tomorrow, again, how embarassing is that for a Hyundai owner?

Two things are a must to check. 1. Make sure that the ground wire to the battery in the trunk is tight on the battery and the bolts are tight where the cable attaches to the trunk floor. 2. Have the brake switch checked to make sure it engages when brake pedal is pressed to start the car. These have been know problems with some Genesis.
