Electrohydraulic power steering pump, 2009 Genesis 4.6 sedan

I don't see that anybody answered this. I had the very similar question. I have a 2009 Genesis 4.6, and I found apart from a 2010. They differ in that 3rd from the last digit just like yours.

2009's 57410-3M000
2010's 57410-3M200

I can find the 2010 one online as working, but used for $400 and otherwise it's between $1400 and $2000.

Interestingly, the power steering will revert back to normal for short periods of time lately. For the longest time it was exactly the opposite pattern it was normal 98% of the time and then just made it difficult now and then maybe once or twice per month. I have no idea why it will all of a sudden work or why it will all of a sudden not work.

I did bring it to the local car mechanic who opened everything up in that area and tested and thought it was the pump.

The problem began in April 2019 when I had somehow let the power steering fluid get to a low ebb. My thought is that maybe some air or sediment got in the hydraulic pathway.
