  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi Everyone,

The Hyundai Genesis is my first luxury car. I used to keep trash in a plastic grocery bag, but I was wondering if people could comment on how they more elegantly store their trash.

take the trash out everytime you get out of the car or it will stink it up.
I also try to wipe down the entire car in and out once every few days. it never gets dirty so it only take a few minutes keeping your car looking like new.

(go bears)

I remove all of it every time and don't let any of it accrue.

My previous cars were, um, how shall I put it, less tidy. So I'm definitely taking care to keep my Genesis clean.

Throw it out the window upon each accrual of trash...
I kid, I kid..

There is no elegant way to keep trash in the car. I remove anything whenever I get out of any of my cars.

Tell her to ditch the bathrobe, the hair curlers, and the cigarette; a little bit of make-up on would help. In no way would that become elegant but at least less embarrasing...

If you don't bring trash into the car you won't have to worry about how to store it. That's what garbage cans are for. I personally never eat or drink anything in my car, so that's at least one source of trash I don't have to deal with.

And try not to eat food in it if possible. I mean maybe a snack but not any nasty fast food, which I rarely have anyway. My uncle who is a realtor and on the road a lot made that a personal rule for himself. It preserves the leather smell too.

I think the best way to avoid trash in the car is not drive around politicians.
