I can't connect to Genesis connected service as I have changed internet providers and my original email address is no longer is active, I need to change my email login address "NOT PASSWORD". I have tried to contact connected services via email but didn't receive a direct reply instead they contacted my dealer who again emailed me instructions on how to change my password which of course is impossible without a correct and functioning email address/ any suggestions??
