Been here awhile...
I also had this issue yet after a cold start problem, the dealer found some codes in the ECU and did a reflash of the ECU. It made a tremendous difference in the overall drivability of the car. Runs great now!

I have the same hesitation issue with my 2012 Genesis Sedan 3.8 that everyone is experiencing from a rolling stop or accelerating from a lane change. I have had my my car since December '11 and love this car but this one issue is enough for me to consider trading it in, as this is just plain DANGEROUS. I had a Sonata Turbo prior to this car and had no such issue EVER.
I thought before I move away from Hyundai, I would see if anyone has experienced this with the 5.0 Sedan?
You drive with two feet? Lolz is that hard?
Yes, I remember that.... we used our left foot on the clutch and our right foot on the accelerator or the brakes.
No, you are not ever supposed to do that. Bad Dog.Since there is not a clutch pedal on automatics, I was using my left foot to activate the brakes and my right foot on the accelerator.
