Worse on start-up, brief CEL. Checked all fluids, always ran on premium fuel. Any thoughts?

Is the "brief CEL" just the startup light test that you possibly didn't notice before, or are you positive it is a new thing? Have you had the codes read? It is possible to read codes even if the light is not on when you bring it to be checked as anyone with a reputable scan tool should be able to read stored codes. That will at least point you in a direction. I would offer more assistance and speculation but I cannot watch videos at work so I have not yet seen/heard what you posted on YouTube.
 
Have the engine scan done to find any trouble codes.
