Engine Oil Capacity between the 2 V6s?

Did the engine oil refill capacity change between the 2009-2011 V6 and the 2012 V6?

According to 2012 Owner's Manual posted on Service Website, they are the same:
3.8L 5.49 US qt. (5.2 l)

Note that the 2012 has the filter on the bottom of the engine, whereas the 2009-2011 filter is on top and typically drains back into crankcase when engine is turned off.
