I have a 2009 4.6 TAO that has not been running for over 4 years. I an considering an engine swap. Hate to put back the 4.6 because I have had MANY problems with that motor. Has anyone made the swap to a 5.0 in a 2009?
 
Engine, transmission, PCM,TCU, and associated harnesses will probably be needed.

Don't know of a 5.0 that came with a 6speed so you would have to use the 8speed.

Maybe a great opportunity to drop in an engine that you are fond of.
 
An LS2/LS3 swap would be so much fun to hear about. ;)
