  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I've been researching muffler mods for quite some time and liked the Dynomax VT
but a gearhead GT500 owner friend that I work with and that owns 2 drag GT Stangs and a hot Charger swears by this muffler.
All my research tells me it is a superior copy of straight-thru Magnaflows

I'm going to go ahead and have these installed and documented in pictures and video for sound from a Hero 2 Monday morning.
I am planning to keep the resonators.
I'll include the part number to make sure there is no confusion.
I'm hearing I can expect deep mellows. Low rumble upon start up. No drone and a nice WOT boil. Sounds to good to be true, huh?

I know theses cars haven't been modded much so this will be just one more door to open or close.
Stay tuned and wish me look.

Sub'd and good luck.

Please someone enlighten me as to what "Sub'd" means so as I may respond in kind.
And thanks for the well wishes.

Okay and thanks NSXNEXT.
I'm pretty much commited to this so I hope
I don't get dissapointed.
The shop to perform the work (FMG Exhaust) is a privatley owned performance oriented buisness in Crosby, TX. So I'm putting my trust in them and my co-workers recommendation.
