As deep as my hatred is for the electric nannies on this car I'll have to say I'm glad I had them the past couple of days and maybe even the next few days. Where I live it is rare to get any snow or ice and even rarer for it to stick around for more than a day. We started getting misting rain and freezing fog Saturday night and then by Sunday evening heavy sleet and a little more yesterday morning and afternoon. It has been 5°-21°F since Sunday morning and we now have about 2.5" of mostly frozen sleet/snow built up with more on the way tomorrow evening. My wife and I got out this morning, a little nervous due to the hills, a narrow bridge and a banked turn at the bottom of a hill between us and town. I put it in economy mode, auto and made sure esc was on and we were off. I have driving skills but I've been on ice before and if it gets away from you you're just along for the ride. Anyway, not once did it ever try to get away from me. Turning at intersections wasn't a problem and neither was stopping or accelerating, I just took it easy. I realize this post is meaningless to most people here but if I can drive this car on snow and ice so can somebody browsing the forum that is trying to decide if they want to buy one of these or not.
