  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I can’t tell you how many Gennys I’ve looked at on the internet getting a 2016 3.8 Parisian Gray around 21K with Tech Options 3

Question I’ve noticed some Genny have the wing on the trunk and some have the Hyundai flying H those tend to be plain Jane. Is that true or did they run out of wings during that run lol

Don't know why but I do know I've seen every version of Genesis with the Flying H and some with the wings. Wife's had hers when she bought it, I had to add my wings to mine. We both have '15 5.0's.

Factory is the H on the 2016. Many people updated themselves though. Fairly easy to do and the wings are available through this forum. Just click on SHOP in the headers.

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Genesis became a separate car division in 2017 and those cars got the wings. Before that they were simple Hyundai cars and got the H. The earlier car owners simply bought the wings for their cars.

First thing I did after purchasing our 2016 Ultimate was to switch out the flying H for the Genesis winged emblem.

Yep, one of the first things I look at when I see a Genny on the road is whether they're still carrying the H. I'd think all of us would switch that immediately. After all, I wouldn't drive a Lexus with a Toyota badge (not possible I know but just to the point).

Btw, good looking '16 Ragnar, I just traded in my '15 Base 3.8 (Whitey) for your '16 twin brother in Ibiza Blue (over Ivory). I've barely started playing with all her bells and whistles but will be posting a thread soon for some expert opinions on whether I made a good move - bought Whitey in March but chose to upgrade sooner rather than later. Damn, just realized I'll have to change my forum name now!

Your gonna love yer new ride brother!
To this day I enjoy viewing her when we’re out and about! Lol
The last car I was this attached to was my 1960 Pont.Cat. Convertible.

Thanks, it hasn't been 24 hrs and I'm already gazing upon her like the Blue Angel she is.

Another gorgeous pic of your and very elegant. It's as though I'm looking at mine, as well. And nothing needs to be said about your '60 Pontiac... just gorgeous! Those early 60's dream cars were before my time, but any true car lover harkens back to those incredible designs; they were like poetry in motion! Thanks for sharing.
