  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

there is a 2010 4.6 white used with 12k miles. the dealership is asking 31500 for it. My offer to them is 28000 is that fair?

also, there is a new 2010 4.6 white, they are asking 37,500. I told them that i can get a 2011 for that price. they are checking with their internet manager on the best price. how much should i expect to pay?

You mind telling me where/how you found that deal? I have been looking for a 2010 V8 with reasonable miles under 30k. What kind of warranty are they offering you?

I bought a 2010 4.6 w/14k miles for $28,400 in October 2010 in New Jeersey.

is that at a Hyundai dealer? i found this in a MB dealer.

Tech package?

i thought that the v8 has all the options? it has the navi, 18 inch wheels. heated mirror, heat and cooling seats. lexicon speakers, backup cam, front rear park assist.

A fair price is whatever you can reasonably negotiate with the seller. You can use NADA, KBB and Autotrader as a guideline for what the car is worth. It will be an average of the three. If you make a ridiculously low offer however, you won't be taken seriously and the dealer will blow you off as a kook.

That is why I post here. You guys are the owner and had been looking at the genny value a lot more than I did. I don't trust the value provided by website.

If its the 2009 White V8 TECH on ebay in NJ- 28-29-30 is a deal!

In this economy not a lot of folks can afford a 30k car plus $4 gas. This car has ok mpg but still

30k for a 2010 4.6 with tech is a pretty decent price. That doesn't mean it's the right price for you, but it's pretty decent.

A new 2010 is listed at 37k. Which one should I get?

I called a few dealers in Dallas, most of them offer 37500 for an v8 2011. Maybe I'll try to hit 30k for the used. If they don't accept then I'll wait for the 2012.

go see Matthew Patrick at Freeman Hyundai. he will sell you a new 2011 with window tint, IPOD cable, and trunk mat for $36650

they are in Irving, and they don't play games. Tell him you want the same deal as mylevy

Then why trust us? We are a bunch of broken down has-beens, many of us just out of drug rehab. You are out in the world. You know more than us.
