Hello,
I've been dealing with an issue for about 4 months now, can't get help from the dealer, and nothing from Genesis either. Has anyone had this happen? It seems random, but seems to be after I start the car with climate settings. The fan doesn't blow at all. No heat, no A/C, no defrost on any settings. It just doesn't turn on. It seems after a few weeks, it just randomly comes back on. The dealer has replaced the motor, and checked all connections etc. They can't find anything. It sucks going through a NE winter with no heat or defrost. Anyone have any suggestions or had this happen? Stumped.
