Love the rare ultramarine blue interior with the contrasting red trim/seat belts. Beautiful. Just had my Cardiff Green GV70 ceramic coated with Adams products. Congrats and good luck.Just got it for 4 days, loving it so far. Blue interior is nicer than the photos/vids I see online. Got an appointment to do ceramic coating next week.
Yeah, I love the red seatbelt and contrast red stitching. However, I actually wanted the red interior (white or red exterior), but the wife thought it was 'too much.' Wife wins out 11 out of 10 times...but I still love the blue because of the touch of red. Also, looks like it'll age better and more relaxed cabin for night time driving.Love the rare ultramarine blue interior with the contrasting red trim/seat belts. Beautiful. One of the best color combinations on GV70! Congrats!Just got it for 4 days, loving it so far. Blue interior is nicer than the photos/vids I see online. Got an appointment to do ceramic coating next week.
That combination is beautiful. Where did you find it? I searched far and wide with no luck.Just got it for 4 days, loving it so far. Blue interior is nicer than the photos/vids I see online. Got an appointment to do ceramic coating next week.
Genesis of arlington, 20 mins north of Boston. I originally settled for red on black because it was supposed to arrive shortly. Slept on it and realized if I was gonna put down $54k, I should get a color combo I loved, so I asked the sales person what he had coming in the near future. Saw a red on blue on their list (also wanted a white/red on red)...and rest is history. Loving the interior more each day. The outside, I still miss my Mazda soul red crystal, that was the nicest red. That combination is beautiful. Where did you find it? I searched far and wide with no luck.
Can you post pics of the interior? I’m on the fence between the red and blue? I’ve ordered a blue exterior with red interior but the inverse sounds like a cool combo as well.
That is a beautiful color. When I was looking to buy I had my choice of grey or silver. I should have waited and taken the time to keep searching. Although I had been looking to purchase a new car for about a year. Test drove so many. I even bought a Lincoln Nautilus and gave it to my daughter. By then I was ready for a new car. I went with grey advanced+. Happy with it except seats are way toooo firm and has been very uncomfortable on long road trips. Now I will be throwing more money toward getting seats re-upholstered.Re the speckles in the Cardiff Green exterior paint color. I don't have the greatest camera but here are a couple of photos where hopefully you can see what I am talking about of how remarkable this color looks in the bright sunlight. Looks totally different on a cloudy day or near dusk.
I’m a little surprised that Vik Black isn’t getting any love.
My wife's is the white. Didn't think we would like it, until we saw it in person. Loved the car so much I went and bought the Matte Burgundy for myself. Love both of them.
It looks great!I wanted to get the Melbourne Gray but dealerships in my area rarely sell any matte paint finishes. Instead purchased the 2.5 prestige in Himalayan Gray with red interior and wrapped entire vehicle in DYNOMATT paint protection film. Now my GV70 has a Melbourne Gray with satin finish look.
I was lucky to find a shop that was having a sale on their paint protection film and paid $5000 for entire wrap. Other shops were charging me around 6-8k.It looks great!
I have two questions:
- What is the cost of wrapping the whole vehicle like this, if you don't mind sharing?
- Matte paint is not carwash-friendly (Even touchless because the soap can contain some wax), is this still an issue that could affect the film or is that option carwash-safe?
Thanks!

I haven’t personally taken it to a car wash yet since I hand wash my car and the soap I use is specifically for matte/ppf. The PPF I have is self healing, hydrophobic, and anti decontamination so it’s been really easy to wash. Dirt and water comes right off and usually wash my car every 3 to 4 weeks.
