  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I got the call Friday afternoon that the car was finally ready - We were reunited and I must say that I am extremely happy with the job the body shop did. I really missed this car over the last month.

Congrats! How fid the paint job turn out? I am having troubles with a body shop matching the black and quality clear coat, had it in there 3 times and going back a 4th after the holidays...

Little over $7500. Just happy to have her back!

I can top that! Mine was $8K+

And *then*, we discovered the SCC module (which is right in front under the bumper) apparently took a whack, because it was "misbehaving" . Replacing that cost the insurance company over $5k, parts and labor. *Expensive* little black box!!

paint job is great - the shop I used has a very good reputation. I got great feedback from others that are as obsessed with their cars as I am so that certainly made my choice easier. Its obviously not perfect but they did a great job.
