Finger Print Login to Profile | PIN Request Message

Hello there,

I have set my finger print to login to my profile when I start driving my 2024 Standard GV60.

I am still getting a message on my car screen asking to put my PIN code in even after I login to my profile with my finger print.

I don't see a way to turn off the PIN request message.

Mine did it a few times and now it’s back to normal. No idea how or why.

I think I could figure this out, go to your profile page, go to "Use a Profile Lock" settings and choose "Do Not Use" option.
It wont ask for the Pin any more and only asks for my fingerprint.
