First Magazine ad for Kia Borrego

Just picked up a September 2008 issue of Motor Trend, and it has the ad for the 2009 Kia Borrego. Some of you have probably seen it but:

I'm starting to see the ads on television. I haven't seen one on the road yet.

I just sat in one this weekend. It's very nice, but I found the cloth seats quite hard. The fit and finish and interior materials are quite nice overall. The Limited model with body colored bumpers and chrome bit should be quite nice, and at $40k, it's still a bit cheaper than the 4Runner & Pathfinder V8. Although, it's going to be a tough sell in this market IMO. The fuel economy makes the Genesis look like a Civic.

Wow... that is pretty pricey. I think they will have a harder time selling that car. Its not all that much cheaper than a 4runner and Pathfinder v8. Atleast toyota and nissan have a little more credibility. I still think KIA has a little more ways to go... just my 2 cents.

So, they are already here? I may have to check them out, for the Kia dealers are a bit nearer than the Hyundai dealers around where I live. Hmmm.
