  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Fixing the seat surface issues

My experience is neither the V6 nor the V8 have decent side bolsters nor decent leather seats. The V8 Rspec seat leather 'sags' with minimum mileage and/or age. Seats in the 2013 V6 do not have anymore or less bolstering than the V8 Rspec. You would expect the Rspec to have some performance aspects to them. At least the 2015 has a much improved seat design, and the 2015 5.0L has power side bolsters. Regards.

The V6 w/out tech package has vastly different seats. I much prefer them to the V8 "ultra premium" leather seats...... the V6 has a firmer seat and side bolsters.

Firmer seat and side bolsters? Not likely. The base and premium models, however, likely have less leather stretch on the driver's seat bottom because there are no cooling tubes in the seat bottom. Wrinkled seats shouldn't surprise anybody. They are like that on the salesroom floor.
