  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey everyone, I know there has been a ton of talk about window tints on this forum and trust me I read just about everyone of them before getting my tint done at one of the local places. I live in South Florida, so there is a tint place every block.
I looked at just about all the factors I could; visibility, color, durability, and of course style. Price was important as well, but I was willing to pay for quality in the hopes that the Genny lasts me a long time.
So I ended up deciding on Formula One Pinnacle 30 on the sides and rear and Llumar Air Blue 80 on the windshield. It ran me out the door $368.

I have to give a huge shoutout to Scottdk, he has a wealth of information and has brought it to this forum in a neutral manner that I think everyone can agree is appreciated.

I'm new to Gennys, just bought a used 2009 4.6 two weeks ago, but have been trolling on the site for quite a few months now. I have read from some very excited Genny owners out there and I am now proud to be one of them

Anyways, take a look and let me know what you think!

looking good :) ....congrats on your new Genny and :welcome: to the forums !! I have a 2010 and went with the Air Blue 80, for me it works out as a better choice since I'm on the road a lot in the early morning/late evening hours. I'm also here in FL (Orlando Area).

Air Blue 80 is a great product. It's crystal clear at night on the windshield. I had some concerns about night driving, but it's amazing. Living in Florida the Blue 80 gives you a little bit of glare reduction and I'm sure it will help with the heat too.
