  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Does the front dashboard wiring harness connects to the OBD2 port, the blower motor, and the controls, because I'm thinking of replacing it obd2 port has a cable that doesn't work .

Check your fuses if you are having issues with the blower motor/air & heat controls.

I already checked the fuses. There's a cable running from the blower relay to inside the car, and I'm not sure where it goes. Also, I keep losing communication with my Autel scanner through the OBD2 port.

What is the actual issue you are having? I don't know if the blower motor can be "read" via the OBD2 port? My Blue Point OBD2 reader only does the engine.

My manual shows a notice for the HVAC system: DTC data can be retrieved from the control panel directly or from the DTCusing the "Hi-Scan Pro".
