Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. Same exact thing happened to me. Had the sensor cover replaced due to discoloration and then soon after, the dark chrome was pealing off of the grille. New grille has been ordered and will be replaced during my next service.

Luckily, I have an appointment today to align my wheels because for whatever reason since the last oil change, car's been pulling to the right.. so I'll tell them about the grill then

I've had the car for two years, didn't notice the discoloration until 6 months ago. I had it replaced a few months ago and it's been holding up great. I noticed chrome peeling off the grille a few months ago after my last service and will get it replaced this week during my next service. Hopefully Genesis can fix these trim parts so they age better. Good luck with your wheel alignment! Have them check the brakes too -- I know people have issues with the pads on these cars.
