Fuel Gauge Tick

I have an unusual situation with the fuel gauge needle. Most of the time, not always, at start up and shut down the fuel needle ticks continuously against the stop on empty. The ticking continues on start up until the other gauges come to life and after shut down until the cabin lights go out. Anyone else have this occur and does anyone know how to make it stop? Oh please, make it stop.
 
A visit to your dealer will make it stop.

1. Either it won't do it at the dealer (like normally happens), or

2. Dealer will see the problem and fix it.

Just had it fixed in my '09 V6. Dealer contact Hyundai HQ, there is a guage cluster fix available now.
