Fuel Pump Control Module

We have a 2015 Hyundai Genesis 4D Sedan with 55K. We just got the fuel pump control module replaced because Multiple Warnings popped up. From what I've read here this is a super common repair. It's just strange that this module affects so many other systems.

1). Check PSB
2). Check TPMS (we've already replaced this)
3). Check BSD System
4). Check Engine Light on
5). Caution Triangle with Exclamation Mark.

Replacing this module solves the issues. Cost was approximately $900 with diagnostics, parts and labor (Part was actually $385).

The part is really easy to install. And you can buy it for about $150USD online. You may not need to go the mechanic route for this one.

Getting ready to replace mine on a 2015 5.0L Ultimate with 70k. Bought a new OEM part on eBay for ~$150.

Was driving on the highway 2 weeks ago and felt two brief minor losses of power and then a bunch of warning lights came on the dash... ABS, collision, etc. I then checked and got the code for Fuel Pump Control Module (can't remember exact code). Apparently when this device fails/errors it affects the communication bus that the other devices communicate on.... Which is why all of the other lights come on.

Replacement seems relatively easy but have to remove some trunk trim/mouldings and bend back the driver's side trunk panel lining as the device is located near the driver's side trunk hinge area.

Disconnect the negative battery connection before beginning repair as I think this ensures that the replacement device will communicate with the system when it is all powered back up. Otherwise the new module may not be detected properly. I do not believe that any programming is required.
