Hello G70 users,
My name is JC, and I am a distributor of JUN B.L products I brought five kinds of CATBACK systems for G70. These are all made in Korea by JUN B.L - the quality is no doubt! (2.0T & 2.5T are available)
1. EVC PERFORMANCE CATBACK SYSTEM
It is the first product in Korea to produce the best performance in all areas of output and sound with a twin silencer layout. The sound deviation according to the variable valve OPEN/CLOSED is apparent. Although there is a difference depending on the engine condition of the vehicle, it has a synergistic effect of about 25~30PS of horsepower and 4.5~4.9KGF.M of torque.
2. GT CATBACK
It is the product with the highest output improvement among the JUN B.L G70 & STINGER product lines. Like the EVC PERFORMANCE CATBACK, it has a twin silencer structure, suppressing booming noise through the chamber silencer, forming torque in the low-speed section, and producing a distinctive sports sound even at a specific RPM range. The output has a synergistic effect of about 30~35PS horsepower and 5.0~5.5KGF.M of torque.
3. RACING CATBACK
An attractive product for single drivers. This product has a rich sound among the JUN B.L G70 & STINGER product lines. It produces a rich bass sound in the low-speed section and a wild and powerful sound as it goes up to a high RPM. The horsepower is about 25~30PS, and the torque has a synergistic effect of 4.5~5.0KGF.M
4. EVC GT(SPORT) CATBACK
This product was developed while thinking of a product that consumers can access more easily than the existing EVC PERFORMACE CATBACK. The layout is concisely configured, and due to the single silencer structure, it is lighter than the EVC PERFORMANCE CATBACK. Since it is a product that focuses on sound change rather than the size of the output synergistic effect, it is suitable for beginners in exhaust tuning or those who are satisfied with the original output but are dissatisfied with the exhaust sound. The range of output increase is lower than that of other products, so the horsepower is about 15~20PS, and the torque is about 3.0~3.5KGF.M enhanced.
5. OEM DIAL EVC PERFORMANCE CATBACK (WITHOUT THE REMOTE CONTROLLER) THE OEM SYSTEM CONTROLS IT.
JUN B.L has developed the OEM DIAL EVC CAT-BACK. It doesn't need the remote controller. The OEM system controls it.
It was created to reflect the customers' needs. Customers have been looking for a genuine interlocking variable exhaust that creates a rich and sophisticated sports sound with a variable exhaust system linked to a genuine ECU after replacing only the exhaust without installing an additional electronic device to operate the variable exhaust system.
“JUN B.L took the variable motor from the G70 3.3T genuine silencer and assembled the variable motor in a certified JUN B.L variable exhaust to release a genuine interlocking variable exhaust operated by the OEM ECU controller. There are GT and PERFO types now available. And it is released in two types of materials, stainless steel and titanium, and both are certified by the Korea Tuning Association(KATMO).”
"For genuine variable valve implantation, loosen the 8mm nut, insert the valve rotation cam and round bevel spring joint into the motor groove, tighten the nut, and insert the connector into the variable motor, and the work is done."
