  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Genesis Model Year
2019
Genesis Model Type
Genesis G70
I have done several searches looking for a breakdown of production numbers for the G70 by model / trim. I didn't find anything specific in searching the threads on here; and I can only find the total sales numbers for each year for all G70s (11,903 in 2019). Does anyone know where to find this info on the G70 - out of the 11,903 sold, how many are 3.3 sport package rear wheel drive in himalayan gray? If I missed the thread that has the answer please direct me to that thread.

It was discussed briefly quite some time ago about the G70 and the best anyone could surmise was the 3.3 sold better than the 2L and the Manual sold very small numbers, which may have been supported by some data when it was announced the manual would no longer be produced. As for trim levels I have seen nothing. If a dealer representative has this information (which I doubt) that is the only source. Colors are variable to geographic locations as to popularity. Rear vs AWD are also geographic variables, including all G70 in Canada have 4WD and few in the US South have 4WD.

I understand the geography; I am in south Louisiana outside Baton Rouge. I wanted a 3.3 all wheel drive, but there were none available within 500 miles at the time, and I would have not been able to negotiate anything on price with it being so rare down here, and them having to get it from a dealer that far away.

Yeah it is kind of a bummer there isn't a more detailed breakdown in numbers. I'm curious to know how many of the 2021 3.3T Sport with the 3D gauge cluster were allocated to the US. I picked one up a few months ago and I feel like it's rare-ish but honestly don't know lol.

I'm super jealous you have the 3D gauge cluster.
