I'd suspect the fuel system. Pressure/vacuum as the temperature changes. You may want to not how much fuel is in the tank when you hear it as the volume can affect the timing. Oh, temperature differential too.So my 2018 Genesis G80 Sport has been making some very odd hissing/pressure release noises starting about three hours after it was last run, I have taken it to the dealer and they have told me they don’t have somebody that can sit in front of my car for three hours to verify this noise. So I went and put a nest camera under the car to see if I could catch the noise on camera. Not only did I catch the noise about 3 to 4 hours after last run of the vehicle but it also made the noise about eight hours later as well. I sent this video clip to the dealer, who has now emailed me and told me they have no idea what this noise is or why my car is making it. The dealer has now told me that they have forwarded the videos to corporate to see if they have any solutions. Does anyone here have the same issue? Or know what this could be? The noise seems to be coming from underneath my rear axle area of my car, not under the hood!
P.S. I tried to upload the video here, but this blog will not let me it says the extension is not allowed. I’ve tried multiple different extensions and converting the video it still does not let me attach it
