Matt... be careful buddy. A very good friend of mine just sold his xbox and even stopped posting on our gaming forums 4 years after joining. He had over 18,000 (you read that right) posts, and logged on every single day for 4 years.

He had to give it up because his personal life was suffering. Gotta focus on that real life! Me...? I only play once a week, Wed nights usually, and only for an hr or two.

I'm Scottdk ha! I have to admit, I haven't been able to connect to XBOX live since the woman hooked our internet via stupid APPLE! Worst computer ever made Been just over a year now since online.

My daughter, recently told my wife that I was an OG (original gamer) it is true - I started out in the old arcades, and spent a lot of time and quarters there. Later I got hooked on computer gaming, which my son picked up on and some of the games he played on my PC's ended up frying them, which is when I bought an x-box for the family, and now x-box 360 where we have been playing the latest Halo Reach.

We tried online gaming a couple games, but prohibited it in our house due to the foul mouthed nature of online gaming. I knew it was time to pull the plug when I walked in the house after a long day's work and heard my 15 year old cursing like a sailor while playing online. I did see the humor in it, but my son did not, when I unhooked the DSL line.

I stay away from the console and most of the games because I know that with my addictive nature I'll start sleeping with it and my 2nd marriage will end ! Unfortunately, I just bought Civilization IV at a checkout line for only $5 and I feel the problems starting already!

Oh boy, you are headed for an addiction problem. Just make sure to axe rush Monty or Shaka if they start near you...

I'm a recovering Civfanatic myself but am taking a break to finish the Fallout 3expansions.

Starcraft 2 is my current addiction. I've played all of the consoles you have listed there, but only currently own a PS3, Xbox360, and PC. Although the PS3 almost doesn't count 'cause it is my blu-ray player, but I do have one game (Metal Gear Solid) for it.

I'm addicted...but only on Thursday nights...late! I work 4-10's so Thursday night is actually my Friday night. I hang out in my MAN-X and play until I cant focus anymore and then go to bed.

Love MW2 and my Poo-Pooed RPD! (MW2 term)

My favorite custom classes:

1.) Fall RPD with FMJ and GRIP, rocket launcher (forget the name), Tactical insertion and claymore, BLING Pro, Stopping Power Pro, Steady Aim Pro.

2.) Fall P90 with silencer, M9 with Tactical Knife, Semtex and Smoke, Marathon Pro, Lightweight Pro, and COMMANDO PRO! Just run and knife! I love to lunge 30 feet and knife someone!

Lacking the time to get into anything with fervor these days, I'm not much of a gamer except socially, like playing Wii with the kids and Rock Band, that sort of thing.

But grew up on the Atari 2600. Original Nintendo.

PC stuff like Medal of Honor, Call of Duty, and enjoyed Hitman, but that's about all. I prefer PC over the console games though since I'm retarded with a PlayStation or XBox controller. And my boys run laps around me. But it's a fun release.

Well, my DVD player just crapped out so I bit the bullet and bought a PS3 in order to have the BluRay player and this unit as a home theater component for my HT room that is in the formative stages.

So far, I'm digging it. The Move package is very cool---MUCH more responsive and accurate than the Wii motion controller. The Sports Champions game it comes with is pretty fun for the family. I'm obsesed with Gran Turismo 5 right now and going to be trying my hand at God of War III, Tiger Woods Masters 12.

Indeed...I haven't created an account yet. Not in any hurry and am going to camp out until they have fixed all security issues. What a black eye for Sony.

The PS3 rocks, but it seems to have been cursed since launch. Still, the Blue Ray functionality makes it worth it.
