Gas tank replacemwnt on 2019 G70 3.3T

Not able to pump gas. So into the shop. After 4 days im told rhey have to replace the whole gas tank. Should I be pursuing Florida Lemon Law. Leased for 3 years and wull have it 2 in January.

Shit happens. They are going to fix it under warranty so you have no bitch. Annoying? Sure. Costly? No. Does not meet the lemon standards at all.
