Hey guys...I wanted to share my recent experience with GCS Customer Service. You may be thinking "oh great, another horror story". Well in this case, it was the opposite. I recently let my subscription expire and when I decided to renew I had an issue where my car didn't activate and I could activate from the console. I called GCS, and they worked with me over the phone on how to do the reset process of the head unit (button under the disp button). Still didn't work. The lady said she was going to put in a ticket the next level tech support and just had to wait for a phone call. Tbh, I never hold much stock when someone says this...so a day later I just went ahead and canceled my GCS...figured whatever...God is telling me something. Anyways...the very next day I get a call from a supervisor type person and she apologized about the issues I was having but they needed an active GCS subscription to troubleshoot. She then provided me with a 60% discount code! Which was very nice. Once that was done, she said her team would work on it in the next few days. Over the weekend my issue was fixed! I was very impressed. They called that Monday for follow up too. Anyways, GCS customer service was great. Hope you guys have the same experience if you ever call them.
