This is the deteriorating process that has been going on for about 1 year. At first I noticed a little delay when opening windows (about 1 second delay, on random windows). It seemed to had gotten more pronounced if the car hasn't been driven for a few days.
This has been getting worse where now I am at the point where I can not open the back passenger window at all, and driver's window 'sticks' for about 3 seconds (I am assuming that is the next one to go). Once the window is down it goes up without a problem.
Initially I thought I could clean or replace the driver side switches, but that is apparently not the problem, because the back door switches (as well as passenger side) exhibit the same behavior (e.g. the back passenger side window can not be opened by back passenger side window switch either).
I would appreciate any insight into this situation
