A diagnostic fee per issue is BS. I’d be talking to the service adviser manager and have him/her walk thru each item with you and tell you on the spot good or bad. This is like a pay to play scheme. I’ve never needed warranty service yet but do have some bubbles on two door handles under the chrome finish I need to get seen so hope the dealer does not pull that crap with me. Was hopping to just go by the dealer, say look at this and get replacement parts ordered and call me when they are in to schedule an easy service appmt to R&R the handles from the back doors. Should be a no brainer under my 5 year warranty.
