Genesis car's compressor problems

Hello, I am writing from Turkey, Istanbul. I have a 2010 model BH, M1 Hyundai Genesis car. My car's compressor isn't able to supply air to the bellows. Sometimes it does supply air, but then it continues without stopping, which causes the constant pressure to burst the bellows. We have replaced the burst bellows, but now the compressor isn't supplying air. Could the problem be in the car's brain? They couldn't fix it in Turkey, where can I get it fixed in Europe? I'm waiting for your solutions and suggestions. Thank you
