Is anybody else having problems with both the website and the app? Both places show the wrong mileage on my car (off by around 5,000 miles). I decided to sign up for 2 of the 3 services. I put in my CC number and it saved it and set the subscription to auto renew. It's been 6 days now and both the site and the app says I'm not signed up for either when I try to use the services.

I've tried the Brave browser, Chrome and Safari with none of them working.

Is it just broken? Connected Care and Remote both show as "Active."

I'm getting pretty sick of the phone app not working. I think this is like the third time now?? I understand doing updates and stuff like that, but when it's not working, it really aggravates me.

iPhone or Android app? What error are you getting?
The last time the app was updated was 2 weeks ago. Third time in how long (two days? two months?)
I rarely have to login and when I do it is a one button touch on the app. Never failed.
Do you have “stay logged in” checked in your app setting?
I have to think this is a problem with your setup or environment (good internet?)

I got this same error the other day. The fix for me was to login with my password instead of biometrics. After that, biometrics works fine.

I reset the password and I'm good to go as well. Did the fix last night.

I had the same or similar issue a couple of months ago. The app was incorrectly showing my actual mileage, stating it was like 50Kd when actual was around 5,100 miles. I had to take it to my dealership for a free oil/filter change and they corrected the problem when posting the mileage at the time of service. I'm not exactly sure what they did, but it was fixed when they entered the servicing mileage.
 
Hey all, new to the Genesis family. Picked up a 2023 G70 3.3T AWD Sport Prestige 2 weeks ago. I am signed in to the connected services app on my phone and online but I can't make changes in the app and the app won't connect to the car. Super frustrating to not be able to do simple things like update my home address, change the picture on my profile, etc. Submitted a ticket with Genesis and apparently their engineers are "working on it" has anyone else dealt with this? I'm the second owner, I added my wife as a secondary driver and her profile connects no problem, she can make all the changes. Mine keep giving me a C500 error

It cannot be the connection to the car as your wife's phone can connect.

Both are iPhone 16 pro max, same model.
Genesis said it could be that the original owner may still have their account connected somehow
