Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I received a post card mailer last week for a complimentary map update. I scheduled service and brought in in this week do do along with some other service and detailing. When I picked it up, the navigation system was the same as before. The post card says, "Update your navigation system map at no charge to enjoy: New user interface, 1.3 million new points of interest, and Traffic and Weather information. I called Hyundai and they called me after a week and said that it only "updates" the information and doesn't UPGRADE!
This is false and misleading.
