Genesis G70 Concierge Service

Has anyone been able to use the genesis concierge service for your G70. When I try it says my G70 is not supported for genesis concierge pick up service. This was a selling point to getting the G70 over the Stinger for me.

did you buy new? Also, some dealers have a limit to how far away they will do pick up. How close are you?

I was trying online, when I called the dealer they said nothing was available. Thinking about calling a different dealer

cars are in short supply right now, so youll have to schedule it out a ways. mine was 2 weeks out.

if youre flexible with when you need to go in, they should be able to help. if you arent, youre sol.

Thank you for the replays. Not really in a rush. I have a water leak so as long as I am in the garage when it rains im all good, the car is just starting to smell like mold and I am hoping they will do something about that

All dealers offer different mileage on their service. Just had my G70 serviced & it was two weeks out. My closest dealer is 60 miles away & they only offer a 20 mile pick up.
If your car is starting to smell like mold, you have a problem that needs to be addressed quickly.

I agree, the car has been sitting in the garage with all the windows open for the past week and it does not smell as but hoping they will do something about the smell (Guessing not)

They may but the longer you wait the worse it may get. I'd at least spray some Lysol or something to stop it and let them shampoo later.

I did pull the carpeting back (when I sucked out the water) and sprayed some lysol on the underside. I did not want to discolor the top. Car is going in Friday

Mileage limits for valet service aren't supposed to vary between dealerships, though. According to Genesis corporate, dealers are required to pick your car up within a 50 mile or 1 hour driving radius (these numbers may be slightly off so don't quote me, but I know they're close), whichever is less. I had an issue with a dealership refusing to drive 25 minutes to pick up my car a few years ago and called Genesis corporate to confirm this. Just another problematic Hyundai dealership issue
