Genesis G80 Jerks slightly when getting close to 30-35 mph

If someone can please help me diagnose this issue it'd be greatly appreciated.

So I love my 2018 Genesis G80 3.8 and it runs great, my only issue is this very slight jerk I feel as I am cruising and slowly going from 20 mph to about 37mph. As you accelerate smoothly, right around about 35mph the car gives a very slight jerk, it's not often but if I try to duplicate it intentionally I can sometimes feel the jerk. All other gears change smoothly and acceleration in general has no problems (aside from the slightly delayed acceleration G80's naturally have). The problem is slight enough to possibly just be the way the car changes gears at that particular point, however as smooth as the ride is that small jerk is very noticeable which I do not think is good and can lead to other problems. If you push the pedal down fast the car naturally picks up speed like a g80 does and I don't notice that jerk all the time.

Transmission fluid seems okay, haven't checked the spark plugs yet but there are no engine lights. Planning on letting the dealership take a look, however, dealers don't usually fix a problem like that unless they can duplicate it and it never happens when you go to the dealer. I'm thinkin it can be the spark plugs, maaaybe a solenoid, or could just be the electronics (TCM) in the car that may need to be reset, I don't have much transmission knowledge, and I'm still learning this cars engine work, so any possible diagnoses, insight and advice would be appreciated. Thank you, I don't why I didn't already, will do that first thing when I get back in ny car. Just to give you a bit more context the jerk is subtle enough to be a gear change but at the same too noticeable for an automatic transmission. I don't think I've ever really felt an automatic tran shift unless you're flooring it or on a quick take off

So I payed more attention to the Tach, noticed that the tach does go back down about two seconds after the jerk. The jerk is most noticed when steadily increasing speed almost keeping a light steady push on the accelerator. If you floor it drives normally without much jerk from what I noticed. Although I will say and I don't know if this is specific to the G80's, the shift change in any general is slightly more noticeable than any other autoamatic transmission i've driven especially going at steady or slow speeds.

Issue was resolved by genesis dealer as it was still under warranty 5000 miles from void. Replaced the transmission.

I have had the same issue on my Genesis 80 2019. A diagnostic was done and there were no error codes. Dealer did a bench test and found what was the issue.Have the dealer inspect the transfer case. 95% of the time that is the issue.I just had my transfer case replaced. Problem solved.

There have been many posts in this forum about bad Genesis service. It is clear, to me, that there are some excellent dealers, some okay dealers, some mediocre dealers and some horrible dealers. it sounds like you have a good one (or at least a good tech) who wanted to really try to solve your problem.

Unless you have some otherwise bad history with the dealership, it would be good for you to identify your dealer so others in the area can consider it.
