Has anyone received the Safety Recall Letter from Genesis for the GV60 ICCU?

What's actually wrong, and how would affect your EV if it develops the issue?

It's the ICCU, which keeps the 12V battery from dying that's the issue. Has anyone had an issue with the GV60 12V battery dying at a bad time, like while driving?

This recall is from back in March 2024. You can find more details on the NHTSA website. Search with your VIN.

@OP please change the title of your thread; it is very misleading. There is no Sep 24 recall.

I don't know how to do that. Besides, I was notified of the Recall in Sep 2024, hence the title.

I'm more interested in who knows the details of this recall and what's been happening to some GV60s as a result of this issue. Is it something that's happened a lot in the UK, or not yet, for example.

It has been covered a lot in UK on Fakebook group Genesis GV60 UK and SpeakEV forum mainly with EV6 and Ioniq 5. Lots of videos about it and how to DIY it!!
