Genesis Intelligence Assistant App on Samsung Watch

Has anyone been able to get your Genesis Connected Services application to download to your Samsung Watch?

I was looking for this answer today. Odd because I receive the introductory email telling me I could and showing me screenshots of all the neat functionality.

I have the app on my Note10, but can't find the app on the galaxy store for my Galaxy watch 3.

I did the same and was told due to the Watch 3 software was Tizen, an app wasn't available. The only reason I purchased the Samsung Watch 4 was due to it's OS3 software where you think the app was available..NOPE! I am very disappointed with that.

Yes, installed app again on 12/20/22 on SM-R890 BUT can not open the app on the watch. Touch app icon only gets spinning circle and then closes.

I have the exact same issue. There is another thread on this somewhere and someone tried to help me, but everything I tried failed. (I have the same watch, the SM-R890 as well)
