Genesis Intelligent App Crashes on Open

I have been having this issue for the last 2 months where I am no able to open the Genesis app on my iPhone. It will start to open and then immediately crash. I have tried uninstalling and redownloading, as well as updating my phone to the latest version but nothing has fixed the issue. Is anybody else having this problem and is there a solution? I have already reached out to Genesis to report this issue but have no received any response back yet and it has been two weeks already. Any help will be appreciated! Thank you.

How exactly did you reach out? Give them a call, this won’t be resolved by email.

Is your phone jailbroken by chance? I had a rooted Android phone and this happened to me.

I had the same issue as you did with my iPhone and Android devices. The 'uninstall and re-download' attempts failed me as well. However, I cleared the cache prior to uninstalling the app, re-installed and everything works as expected (my wife's Pixel 8 Pro encountered the same issue as well). I hope this helps!
