Does anyone else have an issue with the Font size on the Genesis App?
Is there a way to correct it?
Is there a website that gives a clear user friendly explanation of how to use the app?
The one on the app is useless and navigating this app is an exercise in frustration.

When I go to Youtube; The app they show for Hyundai is totally different. I tried to delete and re-install and get the same useless app.

Could not start car from app after a 17 day trip to Hawaii. Car was frozen since it could not be remote started if not run in last 10 days/ WHAT UP?
I have written and E-mailed Genesis USA about this; get nothing back; are they brain dead?
Any help would be appreciated!

I have had occasional issues but right now everything is working fine. I use it on an iPhone. Are you using an Android or iPhone?
I have not noticed a problem with the font and my are are bad, Sorry it has been frustrating for you.
What are you trying to do that you are having problems doing ?
Finally, forget about emailing and writing. I strongly suggest you call them. The number is right in the app under support 855-225-8354 They can walk you though simple things and start a case of the techs if it is more complicated.
