Brand adds seven new Genesis retail facilities including first in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., July 30, 2025 – Genesis today announced the opening of seven new standalone retail facilities across the United States, now counting 75 dedicated showrooms nationwide.

The genesis experience is rarely what is promised in my area

I live in a descent sized city, Kansas City, and there is a dedicate Genesis store, but they are far from the service I was getting from a Hyundai/Genesis dealer back in Iowa. The KC store has a HORRIBLE service department and all they keep talking about is how their service will be better once their new store opens up. I highly doubt that as the poor service has been more about the people and not the physical location/building.

A deeper choice of dealership locations could aid in healthy intra-brand competition.

We can hope for improvements across the board. Polite, honest and direct feedback to dealership personnel is about all we can do. Sometimes it has made a difference. I have found their staff changes so quickly and often with little regard to customer satisfaction, loyalty (an outdated concept, I fear) or establishing a customer service based relationship. I am just a walking wallet to them. Besides buying a different make or not using their in house service departs, communication is almost all we have left.

I’m so glad of the newest location in Conshohocken, Pa. Drove past there last month during its construction and it looks amazing. Maintenance scheduled September 5th so I can’t wait to see and experience it in full operational mode
