This Genesis dealer (Hyundai) tells me there will eventually be a stand alone building for Genesis. I have been with this dealership for years and purchased several cars from them including 3 with Circle certificates. I have never had an issue getting them to accept a certificate, apply it to the car I wanted, or with honoring incentives at the same time (Except for the 1 time I had plan E, no incentives apply to plan E).
I had a much better experience here than the dealer about 3 miles from my home who was high volume, but not customer friendly. The other area dealer is coincidentally not going to be a Genesis dealer moving forward. I don't want to publicly besmirch their name, but if you know the area at all, you probably know the dealer I am talking about.
