Bad Genesis of Towson MD

Agreed. My brake rotors shouldn't have taken weeks either. In fact, they finally got them from a Kia dealership. Thank goodness the Stinger has been out longer.
Ten months and still waiting for a touch up pen in my color. Sheesh.

Dont even get me started. I had to wait two months for a seat motor and after several fumbles by the dealership to get the right one, they ordered an entire seat but at that point I gave up after they removed my seat and tore up my interior in the process for no reason because they did so without verifying they had the correct part.
